# hey, I'm kadin
Just your average high school student who's probably coding instead of doing homework right now. Between procrastinating on AP Physics and dodging French assignments, I spend way too much time breaking code and then trying to fix it at 2am. Yeah, I definitely have my priorities straight.
I write about tech, failed projects, and honestly just trying to figure out life. Think of this as my corner of the internet where I can be real without the LinkedIn motivational quotes and empty self-promotion. Just honest stories about the messiness of building things and learning from expensive mistakes.
# what I'm up to
So much going on right now, honestly. I'm SPL (Senior Patrol Leader) of my Scout troop – yeah, I'm supposed to be organized but ask me how well that's going. I'm also on the mountain bike team, trying to survive AP Physics (it's actually fun but holy cow is it challenging), French honors class (even harder, but in a completely different way), and of course, stressing about college applications.
Fun fact: I've won some orienteering competitions with Scouts, which sounds impressive until I mention that I can't walk around a city without constantly checking Google Maps. The irony writes itself, I guess.

Head over to my blog if you want to see what I'm actually working on versus what I'm pretending to work on. The ratio varies depending on the day of the week.
